Grounds for revocation or suspension of license or other action of the board -- Sworn Statement -- Investigation/Hearing
States 15 grounds upon which the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners may discipline a licensed chiropractor. Such grounds include engaging in misleading advertising, performing an abortion, or engaging in unprofessional conduct. Immunizes persons that testify before the Board, provide the Board with information, or serve on the Board from liability arising from their testimony, submission of information, or performance of Board duties. Requires chiropractors to submit information, including patient records, when under investigation by the Board. Authorizes the Board to appoint a peer review committee. Establishes standards and procedures for investigation and disciplinary hearings
