Peer review of services and fees
Permits the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners to appoint a peer review committee to investigate allegations against licensed chiropractors. Authorizes the peer review committee to examine business and patient records as part of its review. Classifies information obtained during the review process, including patient records, as confidential.
