Disclosure of Data
Makes confidential statistical records related to Wyoming’s cancer registry subject to the Department of Health’s Information Practice Rules and the Wyoming Public Records Act (§16-4-201 et seq.). Permits the disclosure of nonconfidential statistical data to health care providers, facilities, and interested persons pursuant to the State Epidemiologist’s policies.
