Diabetes Care Planning
Requires the Department of Health to create a plan for improving diabetes care, controlling diabetes complications, and reducing the prevalence of diabetes. Requires the Department to track and analyze the prevalence and financial impact of diabetes, assess the impact of diabetes prevention and control programs, and analyze the impact of gestational diabetes on the Medicaid population.
