Declared Contagious and Dangerous to Health
Requires the Department of Health to identify a list of reportable sexually transmitted diseases and to make this list available to all health care providers and facilities. Classifies violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. §§ 35-4-130-134 (regarding STD treatment and reporting) as a misdemeanor subject to a maximum $750 fine and/or six months imprisonment.
