Coordinated Licensure System - Mo. Rev. Stat. §335.330
This will open in a new window
The state of Missouri is a participant with other states in a compact that allows coordination with other state databases of licensed registered nurses. The system must include the licensure and disciplinary history of all registered nurses in the states that participate in the compact. The law requires all states’ licensing boards to promptly report adverse actions to the coordinated licensure system. All state licensing boards that contribute information to the coordinated licensure system may designate information that can be shared or disclosed with non-party entities. However, any personally identifiable data that the state licensing board obtains, may not be disclosed to non-party entities.
