Computer transmission of prescriptions
Requires prescribing practitioners to include an electronic signature when using a computer to transmit prescriptions for Schedule II-V controlled substances. Limits computer transmission of Schedule II controlled substance prescriptions to electronic pharmacy systems that comply with DEA e-prescribing requirements.
