Care and Treatment of Persons with Mental Illness
Requires mental health facilities to annually file a report with the Department of Human Services that contains data regarding 72 hour mental health holds, short and long-term certifications, voluntary admissions, involuntary medications and treatments, deprivation of rights, and imposition of legal disabilities. Requires mental health facilities to include data regarding gender, ethnicity, and age in these reports.
