Authorizations
Requires authorizations for the disclosure of health information by licensed insurers to be in electronic or written form. Specifies the information that such disclosures must include (e.g., name of the person who is the subject of the information, description of the information to be disclosed, length of time during which the authorization remains valid, etc.).
