The director of the department of health must provide an annual report to the Rhode Island general assembly and governor regarding the status of the health care quality performance measurement and reporting program. The first report must address implementation progress, timetables for expanding the program, and a study regarding the costs of the program.
The director must additionally use data from the program to provide a public report that compares facility performance.
