All Hospitals, Physicians, and Other Health Care Providers
Grants the State Agency authority to access any records from hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers that identify cancer cases or include information regarding the treatment or status of a patient with cancer. Provides immunity to such facilities and providers for any civil liability arising from their reporting of cancer information to the cancer registry or access to cancer registry information.
