Adolescent Primary Residential Treatment Program
Establishes primary treatment standards for adolescents between the ages of 13 and 18. Requires programs to complete an evaluation and assessment for each client and document these items in the client’s file. Requires programs to refer clients to aftercare services upon discharge and, subject to the consent of the client’s parents, to provide the client’s discharge summary to the new provider
