This law allows the Secretary of Health Services to organize and assist in maintaining a non-profit corporation for the purposes of building and developing a substantial health information exchange statewide. The law further specifies requirements for appointment of directors of the board of the corporation, and for the maintenance of assets and liabilities by the corporation.
