Powers and duties of administrator — Schedule of services — Premiums, copayments, subsidies — Enrollment
The Washington basic health plan administrator, as part of their official duties, must:
- Monitor the quality of care provided to individuals enrolled in managed health care systems.
- Require managed health care systems to periodically report health care utilization data.
- Inspect the books of managed health care systems to verify their compliance with relevant requirements.
