“Reporting suspected abuse, neglect, and exploitation of vulnerable adults under the human services law”
Any health care professional or health care facility must report any instances of abuse, neglect or exploitation of a vulnerable adult. The identity of the person making the report must be kept confidential unless the person making the report consents to disclosure or upon a court order.
