“Definitions under the human services law”
(2) “Long-term care facility” means a residential care home or an assisted living residence or nursing home.
(5) “Ombudsman” means an individual who intervenes on behalf of a private individual to resolve complaints and refers to any person or organization designated by the state ombudsman as part of the office of the state long-term care ombudsman.
