“Disciplinary proceedings; unprofessional conduct under the professions and occupations law”
Chiropractors must comply with the Office of Professional Regulation’s rules on professional conduct. Additionally, chiropractors are guilty of unprofessional conduct if:
- Failure to keep written chiropractic records
- Failure to practice according to prevailing standards of chiropractic practice
- Conduct which evidences unfitness to practice chiropractic
- Sexually harassing or engaging in sexual acts with a patient
