“Annual report under the health law”
The commissioner of health must annually analyze and summarize all lead screening and testing information provide by physicians, health care facilities, and laboratories and provide the information to all other local and state agencies involved with case management and lead hazard reduction. The commissioner must also make a report to the state legislature and the public every year.
