“Sedation, analgesia, anesthesia: special endorsements, incident reports under the secretary of state regulations”
Each dentist must report to the Board of Dental Examiners within 30 days of any incident which occurs in the dentist’s office or outpatient facility that results in a patient being transported to a hospital, hospitalization, or death.
