“Definitions”
Arizona defines a psychologist’s unprofessional conduct as including, among other items, the commission of a felony, failing to maintain adequate patient records, disclosing confidential information without a patient’s consent, failing to honor a patient’s request to share records with another licensed psychologist, and failing to provide a patient access to their own record.
