“Definitions”
Arizona defines a physician assistant’s unprofessional conduct as including, among other items, the commission of a felony, failing to maintain adequate patient records, disclosing privileged information, failing to allow the Arizona regulatory board of physician assistants to access record related to the physician assistant’s provision of care, and otherwise violating the physician assistant licensure laws.
