“Definition of unprofessional conduct”
Arizona defines the unprofessional conduct of a homeopathic physician as including the commission of a felony, revealing privileged information, failing to maintain patient records, failing to honor a request to share patient records when authorized, and using experimental diagnosis or treatment forms without complying with requirements regarding informed consent, recordkeeping, and peer review.
