Consumer access to health care facility charges
All licensed health care facilities must, upon a consumer’ request, make available a list of prices charged by the facility for:
- Inpatient procedures
- Outpatient procedures
- 50 most commonly prescribed drugs in the facility
- Imaging services
- Implants
The health care facility must also provide the consumer with information on discounts provided for charges for services not covered by insurance or prompt payment of billed charges.
