Tuberculosis to be reported.
Requires physicians and other persons that treat cases or suspected cases of tuberculosis to report these cases to the Department of Public Health and Environment. Requires health care facilities and institutions to report tuberculosis cases upon entry to the facility or institution by a person with active or suspected tuberculosis. Requires clinical laboratories to report tuberculosis within 24 hours of discovering tuberculosis in test sample.
