Trauma system established -- Duties of health council
Authorizes the Health Council and Department of Health to establish a trauma system that includes a trauma registry and trauma quality improvement program. Requires designated trauma centers to report data to the registry as specified by the health council. Exempts trauma registry data and information from the quality improvement program from use in civil actions.
