Telehealth -- Definitions.
Requires health insurance carriers to cover telehealth services. Clarifies providers are not obligated to deliver services via telehealth if they deem such method of delivery inappropriate or a covered person does not wish to receive telehealth services. Requires carriers to reimburse telehealth services as if they were provided in-person. Permits carriers to apply out-of-pocket costs to telehealth services so long as they do not exceed the amount imposed for the same services when delivered on an in-person basis.
