Stroke Care -- continuous quality improvement.
Requires the Department of Public Health to maintain a statewide stroke database. Requires certified comprehensive stroke centers and certified primary stroke centers to report information to the database. The database must utilize confidentiality standards that are consistent with federal and state law. Requires the Department to partner with health organizations for quality improvement activities.
