Mandatory communicable disease reports from physicians, laboratories, and institutions -- State tuberculosis register -- Surveillance and control -- Adoption of rules.
Requires the Department of Health to collect and organize communicable disease reports and to establish a register of tuberculosis cases. Authorizes the Department to establish reporting requirements via administrative rule.
