Access to data
Grants healthcare practitioners that prescribe or dispense controlled substances the ability to request access to prescription monitoring program data. Requires the Board of Pharmacy to review requests, issue approved practitioners a secure login and password, and routinely audit data access to ensure proper use. Requires the Board to notify proper agencies or review boards upon determining that a practitioner has improperly accessed program data.
