Website available to public for reporting charge information
The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations must develop a website, publicly available at no cost, for the reporting of hospital charge information. The charge information must include disclaimers on case severity ratings and individual patient variations that may affect patient charges. The website must provide information comparing hospital-specific data to hospital statewide data. The website must be updated annually.
