“Rules”
The department of health services must establish standards for the approval of public and private substance use treatment facilities and standards for accepting persons into treatment programs. These standards must require programs to prepare an individualized treatment plan for each patient and to coordinate services so that the patient will have additional treatment available upon their release from the facility.
