“Grounds for discipline under the occupations and professions law”
Physician assistants may face disciplinary sanctions for:
- Failing to maintain adequate medical records for patients;
- Unreasonably delaying medical record transfer;
- Violating the confidentiality of medical records or medical information;
- Unprofessional conduct; or
- Negligently practicing his profession.
