“Quality management program under the public safety and welfare law”
A quality management program is a comprehensive evaluation and measurement system used to evaluate the quality of system operation and the care provided to patients by emergency medical and trauma services in order to identify sentinel events and trends. Records of a quality management program are confidential and privileged.
