“Declaration of policy, purpose and scope under the state and its government law”
The division of vital records administration must:
- Provide access to vital records in vital records data assuring the privacy of all New Hampshire citizens;
- Outline the confidentiality requirements for vital records;
- Set forth the procedures for release of information regarding vital records data and statistics; and
- Establish the criteria for release of information regarding vital records data and statistics for health-related research.
