Reporting requirements
Specifies the information that nursing homes that receive Medicaid payments must report to the Department of Human Services by October 1st of every year. Required information includes audited financial statements, copies of lease and purchase agreements, and an audited statement of rates charged. Requires reported information to be publicly available.
