Reporting by physicians
Requires physicians to report cases or suspected cases of fetal alcohol syndrome to the Department of Health. Clarifies that reports to the Department do not fulfill a physician’s obligation to report child abuse. Permits physicians to designate someone to make the report on their behalf.
