Report to Department,
Requires providers that treat a person with an STD to report specified information (e.g., name, race and ethnicity, phone number, etc.) to the Department of Public Health. Clarifies that if the provider is within the jurisdiction of a local health department, then providers must submit the report to this local health department who must then send it to the Department. Classifies STD reports as confidential. Immunizes persons from civil or criminal liability arising from their reporting of STD information so long as they acted within good faith.
