Release of Dental Screening Information
Requires dentists, dental hygienists, and other health care providers to release dental screening information to a child’s elementary school or high school upon the school’s request. Permits health care providers to disclose this information to other health care providers. Authorizes these disclosures without consent from the child or their parents or guardians.
