Requires pharmacies to maintain records for at least two years following the record date. Permits pharmacies to keep records dated to less than 12 months outside of the pharmacy so long as they have an easily accessible electronic copy within the pharmacy and can access the physical copy within 48 hours. Permits pharmacies to maintain records older than 12 months outside of the pharmacy if they can be accessed within 48 hours. Requires pharmacies to redline, asterisk, or otherwise distinguish controlled substances information when it is kept in records containing information about other prescription or nonprescription drugs. Grants the Pharmacy Board authority to inspect pharmacy records.
