Prohibited Acts -- penalties.
Subjects pharmacies, pharmacists, and prescribing practitioners to disciplinary proceedings if they fail to comply with the reporting or confidentiality requirements established for the drug prescribing and dispensing information program. Makes the knowing or intentional access, use, or disclosure of confidential program information in a manner that violates the rules governing such information a class D felony.
