Pharmacy pseudoephedrine sale
Requires pharmacies to maintain records of pseudoephedrine sales in an electronic logbook. Recorded information must include the name and address of the purchaser, the date and time of purchase, and the quantity purchased. Permits pharmacies to disclose recorded information in accordance with state and federal law.
