“Pesticide illness; medical education; reports”
Arizona requires the director of the department of health services to create a system for reporting pesticide related illnesses. The system must require reporting by health care professionals and poison control centers and allow for the use of data in occupational and public health programs regarding pesticide poisoning prevention. The director of health services must disclose reports and information to the department of agriculture and offices of pest management when the reports relate, respectively, to agriculture or structural pesticides.
