Periodic Visits-- Nursing home records to be made available.
Requires nursing homes to make records available to the Department of Health and Human Services, Colorado’s Department or Human Services, or members of the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit when they visit the facility to assess compliance with Medicaid rules.
