Medical homes for children - legislative declaration - duties of the department
Declares the medical homes as the best care delivery model for children. Directs the Department of Health Care Policy and Financing to try and provide care through medical homes for all children receiving medical assistance. Requires the Department to develop a system for maximizing the number of children receiving care in medical homes by July 1, 2008.
