Peer review organization records,
Classifies peer review records as privileged. Prohibits the discovery, subpoena, or use of such records in civil or administrative actions. Provides exceptions for records that do not originate from a peer review organization, testimony from a person so long as their knowledge is not derived from their participation in the peer review process, and records subpoenaed in relation to a licensure or disciplinary action. Classifies peer review records provided to the North Dakota Board of Medicine for investigative or disciplinary purposes as confidential and prohibits use of these records in civil or administrative actions.
