Peer review -- Confidentiality
Classifies peer review records as confidential and limits their use to peer reviews. Permits health care organizations to release reports to the Department of Health, North Dakota hospital association, and North Dakota hospital foundation that address medical error trends. Authorizes these entities to publicly release this information. Clarifies that the Department may access peer review records for licensing purposes or to verify compliance with federal laws.
