Patient's Bill of Rights
Establishes a bill of rights for patients receiving mental health services in Wyoming’s state hospital. Identifies these rights as including the right to participate in planning their treatment, the right to consent to care, the right to access their records, and the right to have their records confidentially maintained. Clarifies that the record confidentiality and access rights remain after the patient is discharged.
