Patient record system.
Requires pharmacies to maintain a patient record system. Specifies the minimum content of records contained in the system (e.g., patient name, patient contact information, list of dispensed prescriptions, etc.). Classifies patient records as confidential and requires pharmacies to maintain these records for two years following the last entry.
