The Oregon Patient Safety Commission must maintain the confidentiality of all Patient Safety Data that identifies or could be reasonably used to identify a participant in the patient safety reporting program for pharmacies or an individual who is receiving or has received health care from the participant. The Commission must have in place appropriate safeguards and security measures to ensure the technical integrity and physical safety of patient safety data.
