This regulation sets forth a list of incidents that are considered reportable, and requires that these incidents be reported to the Justice Center and the office of mental health. The list of incidents include all allegations of abuse/neglect, assault, crime, fights, medication errors, mistreatment, severe adverse drug reaction, etc.
